well u can give links on your blogs
u can give the link here itseld on yahoo answers by linking ur answer to ur site ( it should b contextual )
scrap it to ur frnds on orkut
use facebook and other social networking sites
or just ask a question here to give opinion abt ur site
i think this should increase the traffic to some extent
and it is free too
bt the most useful one will b to have some nice stuff on ur site
so that the visitors should not b one-timers
