Your homepage has NOTHING except for

Welcome to the file keep !
One of the best free storage sites online

Look at the top sites — are their homepages empty? Of course not. If you’ve only got 1 chance to keep the visitor, your homepage must have all the right ingredients — what your site is all about, what services or products you offer. Give users a reason why they should visit and use your site

Right now, before even thinking of how to increase traffic, I’d first focus on making sure your empty site actually has CONTENT. Everything on the Web starts with content

•The most important factor for traffic will be the content, if you have quality content, good and inspirational articles, Users will never take U turn from your website.
•These days most of the traffic on websites come from search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN etc. So you must use SEO tools to be ranked higher in these search engines for keywords relevant to your site. The right words in the right place can place your website to higher listings and get it seen more easily when people search.
•Money makes money. So spend some money and start some good advertising campaigns like google’s adwords, yahoo ads, adbrite etc. These ads will give your website immediate exposure.
•Increase the presence of your website on the World Wide Web, by getting backlinks. This will be also helpful in SEO of the website and increasing the page rank. Your link on other’s site will also fetch their traffic. Link-exchange will also be a good idea for widening the exposure of the website.
•Submit your quality content and articles on social networking and news websites like stumbleupon.com, del.icio.us, digg.com, reddit.com, netscape.com etc. These days webmasters are using Orkut.com communities for advertising their websites.
•Participate in forums like digitalpoint.com and make the link of your website your signature and post threads, replies etc.
•Make the url and slogan of your website your signature in your emails.
•Last but not the least, do some sort of ground marketing in the form of ads, posters, newspapers and tv ads etc. They will be also useful to attract new users.

You should definitely use Squidoo. But as with anything it needs a lot of work. One lense alone will only increase your traffic (and/or your google ranking) if it is literally stuffed with content.
Another thing that could do is registering for an USFreeads Gold Membership (10 $ per year). Once registered, you should do the same thing you would do on Squidoo - but instead of writing a huge article, (about how cool your website is and why people should visit it) on USFreeads you should instead write several smaller articles and in any of these ads you should include a link to your website. The limit of ads in the Gold Membership is 25 ads, so if you write 25 articles (the work of two days at maximum - if you are focussed) and post them there it will definitely increase the traffic to your site (plus it will most likely increase your google rank). USFreeads generally ranks very good within Google, so I think you should try this method out, too.
(This, coupled with Squidoo should really do the trick! You can also link to your Squidoo lense from several of your USfreeads ads to increase the ranking of your Squidoo lense, which links to your site anyway.)

Good luck with your traffic-increasing efforts!
